When it is necessary for Agape Leadership Development to collect monies for membership fee(s), merchandise, event admission(s), etc., we have these payment options:

Payments via PayPal:

Throughout the Agape website, you will find PayPal as a payment option for easy and convenient transactions.  When using PayPal, please avoid using your credit card as a payment option as it generates extra fees incurred by ALD.

Payments via Personal Checks or Money Orders:

If you prefer to send a check or money order, make sure you mail your payment so that it arrives within 72 hours of signing up for an event and/or by any deadline(s) listed on event description(s).  Checks should be made payable to:

Returned Check Policy:

Should a check be returned to Agape, the check writer must satisfy, in cash, the original amount of the check plus a $25 NSF fee.  A returned check could potentially cause the loss of a position on a field trip list if capacity is limited.  This would be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for determination.  Failure to satisfy a returned check within 15 days of notification will result in a suspension of Agape membership.  If the check is still not satisfied within 30 days of notification, the result will be the forfeiture of Agape membership.

Payment for Events/Admission Fees:

When registering for an event on the Agape calendar, fees are sometimes required for participation and/or admission.  The Agape website does keep track of these fees and once you complete your registration(s), you will see a balance due on your account in the upper right of the website.  You can pay this fee via PayPal by following the prompts from that account link or you can mail a check or money order to the payment address for Agape.  All fees for participation/admission must be received by the deadline listed on the event in order for your registration to be complete.  Anytime there is a discrepancy with your account balance, please notify Carol. 

Once, and not until, your payment is received (if required) your registration will be complete for a given event.  Any payments arriving after the deadline or not at all will result in the forfeiture of your registration for that event.  Anyone using a personal check for a payment method needs to make sure the check is mailed in time for it to arrive within 72 hours of your registration.
