Please complete the form below to register your child(ren) for the Elementary Level Book Club.  You will be asked to RSVP for EACH meeting of the book club through an eVite invitation.  All questions regarding this book club should be directed to Gina Ciarcia at ginateachey@hotmail.com. 

Book club meets every fourth Monday (excluding December) at Brookwood Baptist Church at 11:00 AM.  Pizza is provided at a cost of $3.00 per student.  Please bring exact change.  (You may opt out of pizza and bring your own lunch if you choose.)

Please note:  If you plan to enroll your student(s) in both book clubs, you MUST register them in BOTH clubs.
